Our new product is an Organic, Raw and Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar with 5% acidity made from organically grown apples. Olmais Apple Cider Organic Vinegar contains the fantastic “Mother of Vinegar” a phenomenon responsible for the acidification process that occurs naturally as strand-like enzymes of connected protein molecules. Use it to bring flavor to any dish, especially if used together with our Olmais Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Or just drink it in a teaspoon each morning diluted in a glass of water for general wellness. Profile: Turbid yellow color, with mild acetic smell and taste evoking green apples.
