It is a typical marinade from Portugal, to be spread on fish before cooking. It is excellent either spread on top of a big fish to be cooked in the oven, or as a cooking ingredient to fry frozen sticks. Ingredients: Bell peppers, onion, garlic, lemon, white wine, salt, spices and herbs.
