Description Symphyotrichum novi-belgii ‘Percy Thrower’ Michaelmas Daisy. A strong growing, erect, clump-forming perennial which has oval or lance-shaped, toothed, mid-green leaves. From late summer to mid-autumn, huge double, deep lavender-blue flowers with silvery highlights and yellow eyes are borne. Grow in well-cultivated, fertile, moist soil in sun or partial shade. It will reach a height of 90cm and a spread of 50-60cm.
