It is a typical marinade from Portugal, to be spread on pork ribs before going to the grill. It can be used on lamb too. Add 2 vol. of water to 1 vol. of marinade, dip the meat and let marinate for a few hours in the fridge before cooking. Ingredients: Bell peppers, garlic, white wine, salt, onion, spices and herbs.
